Theatre. Cultural strategy. Creative industries

I build at the intersection of culture, community, and growth.

It’s a Friday night.
Most people are switching off.
I’m writing.

Because this is how I work — I think, I build, I shape.

My work moves across cultural institutions, theatre spaces, and the wider creative industries. I’ve led programming within diplomatic environments, managed creative spaces, and built platforms that bring artists and audiences together.

I am as much a dreamer as I am a doer.
I don’t just imagine possibilities — I structure them, grow them, and make them real.

Like the leaves that remain long after the wisteria flowers have fallen — I am here for what sustains, not just what blooms.

Meet Pranjulaa Singh

Co-founder, Horizon Bloom — a consulting platform working across culture, strategy, and growth.

Pranjulaa Singh is a cultural strategist working at the intersection of institutions, creative industries, and global audiences. Her work spans theatre, cultural programming, and cross-border collaboration, with a focus on how ideas are built, positioned, and sustained. She has worked within diplomatic and institutional environments, including The Nehru Centre, London (High Commission of India), contributing to large-scale programmes across arts, literature, performance, and public dialogue. Alongside this, she has managed creative spaces, developed cross-sector partnerships, and founded Pranjal Arts which is a platform connecting artists and audiences between India and the UK. With a background in performance, literature, and cultural management, she brings a perspective that understands not only how creative work is made, but how it operates within systems. She is also Co-founder of Horizon Bloom, a consulting platform working across culture, strategy, and growth.
