Mind Games

Some times I feel my mind is a constant chatter and it is impossible to keep it quiet. I am trying to work and it keep interrupting me with what I should do instead. Then I interfere and it is a battlefield. In the middle of all this, when someone else comes and interrupts me, I snap.

It common to feel frustrated and helpless as living inside the four walls of our house can often mean living inside the four walls of our head.

How do you cope up? What do you do to escape your mind’s distracted hell?
