Teri guftagu, arzoo,
Mere rooh rooh mein basti chale.
Tere dukh, teri hasii,
Mere raah takhti chale.
Kaun sa woh khwaab dhoondhu.
Kaun si woh gali.
Jis mein hum do har pal, saath khele aur palle.
Ek chand jaisa door hai tu
Zara paas mere aa
Paas aake bas baat baato mein, kisi aur ka na ho jaa
Zarha zarha hilta hai, toh ek patta girta hai
Tu apne mann ko shant kar le. Mere mann ko na rulla.
Zindagi chahti hoon main, bitana tere saath.
Aate jaate chalna milna, na pyaar yoon jataa.
Tooti tooti kashtiyon par, mujhko yoon na jhula.
Mere hi rango mein milkar, jo hua usse bhool ja.
Woh khamosh bedukhi aahe, woh lambi lambi uski baahein
Woh kal ki teri yaadein, jo tu saanso mein hai bandien
Peeche chod woh kal ko ab, jo tu daaru mein hai sanjhe.
Aaj ki subah ko chak le. Kal ke dukh ko bhula.
Jo beet gaya woh raat thi, ab ujala bhi toh bana.
Naa jane yeh pal kab tak hai, inn palo ko na gawa.
Yeh wakt thehra thehra bhala kab tak rahega,
iss paar ya uss paar, dil ko toh tu bahaa.
Zindagi ab aur kuch nahi,
bas hai teri daastaan.
